WRIGHT MANUFACTURING  SERVICES LIMITED

Rausch has developed and mastered various processes in the field of de-burring technology.  The Gratomat® range of machines utilise carbide tools, or grinding wheels, for de-burring and chamfering of gear tooth edges in a flexible process which is particularly suited, but not restricted to, medium-sized production batches and large gearwheels. Additionally, where mass production is concerned, many gearbox manufacturers rely on the proven Rausch Roll-Press de-burring technology. Brush units can also be applied for less demanding chamfer geometries or for re-working previously milled / ground chamfers.

DE-BURRING & CHAMFERING

The Rausch broaching machines range from simple, manually operated solutions right through to interlinked cells with integrated processes. Where components are to be mass-produced, Rausch will develop and manufacture customised solutions with automated work-piece and tool handling systems.

Broaching tool supply from Rausch also includes tool planning, production and a re-sharpening service with the added benefits gained from extensive experience and knowledge as a result of supplying, and grinding, thousands of broaching tools for customers world-wide..

BROACHING

Rausch also offers great variety within their individual product lines. The Gratomat® product range covers applications from small, manually loaded, single spindle machines, with single chamfering and brushing unit,  through to fully automated systems with single or multi-spindle systems, as stand-alone manufacturing cells, or integrated into complex production lines, with Gratomat® ensuring high quality within the shortest cycle times.

All of the available processes can be supplied in environmentally friendly dry, or wet, machining applications, depending on the subsequent manufacturing operations.
