WRIGHT MANUFACTURING  SERVICES LIMITED

MTM provides many patented solutions in the field of de-greasing and cleaning applications including in-line chamber systems such as the MFR multi-process machine for flood washing, rinsing, hot air and, vacuum drying and ultrasound cleaning. The round cycle solution afforded by the Omega system is an efficient chamber cleaning system suitable for integration into rapid cycle production lines. The Omega system can provide up to 12 procedural cleaning stages whilst parts are simultaneously rotated with in-chamber brush cleaning available as an additional option

CLEANING / DE-GREASING

High pressure de-burring capability is available in many of the MTM machines, including the Omega  and SKR range. High pressure de-burring is integrated into the washing / de-greasing cycle utilising pressures up to 1000 bar. The cycle require only a single setting of the component and with the aid of high pressure, moveable, jet lances de-burring can be carried precisely carried out even in deep hole areas. Applications include Steering casings, cylinder heads and blocks, crank and gear casings etc.

HIGH PRESSURE & BRUSH DE-BURRING

Processes for the application of corrosion resistant coatings, such as phosphating, are easily applied on the MTM range of equipment. The preservation process can simply be added to the procedures at the end of the rinsing / drying cycles and at this point various preservation and anti-corrosion coatings can be applied without any addition to the overall de-greasing times. Depending on the equipment coatings can be applied using either spraying or immersion.
