Klingelnberg offers spiral bevel gear cutting & grinding solutions for both wet & dry applications with cutting capacities up to 3000mm. The process interlinks design, calculation, production and quality inspection. The Klingelnberg spiral bevel gear machine tool concept is, amongst other things, designed for the modern production technology of dry processing. The Klingelnberg range includes both vertical and horizontal machines for all types of cutting processes and gear designs.

Klingelnberg precision gear inspection equipment provides rapid, reliable, measurement of a wide range of components, and features, up to 3800mm diameter. The proven 4-axis measuring technology, developed by Klingelnberg, provides optimal probing conditions for all measuring tasks.

The new developments of the P-Series measuring centres are characterized by fully automatic measuring cycles, extremely short measuring times and consistently high accuracy, combined with an outstanding user friendly interface.

The powerful Klingelnberg KIMoS design software, in conjunction with the closed-loop manufacturing concept, provides the most advanced technology available for bevel gear design and production.,

The KIMoS software program supports all stages of development and production in bevel and hypoid gear technology. The strengths of the program are particularly noticeable in modern manufacture of bevel gearing where what is manufactured is what was developed. KIMoS is also the tool of choice for traditional areas such as single gear pairs and small volume production.
