The Haro BASELINE and STARLINE range of machines are used extensively for re-grinding and sharpening of gear related cutting tools including hobs, shaper cutters, worm tools and milling cutters. The STARLINE CNC controlled grinding machines offers high accuracy and flexibility and are able to achieve AAA quality for hob grinding as well as accommodating large tools up to 40Mn and approximately 1,000mm in length.

Many grinding specialists and manufacturers  are using Haro technology including Saazor, Top Tool, Renault, ZF amongst others for maintenance of gear cutting tools.

 

GEAR TOOL GRINDING / RE-SHARPENING

Haro Technologies Int’l is an experienced specialist in the construction of machines for the grinding of extremely large Slabmills, weighing up to 2,500kg and measuring up to 2,600mm in length with a 0 to 30 degree range of wheel inclination enabling grinding of helical and non-helical teeth.

The Haro SLABLINE technology has been successfully delivered to many countries around the world including the United Kingdom, France, USA, Germany, Canada, China, Italy etc……
